Boone is co-owned with Nora and Jerry Carlton of Royaile Kennels in Tucson, Arizona and was bred by Anja Wetsteyn of Our Loyal Welsh Kennel in the Netherlands. He has a strong background of a very successful US Champion and a well established Netherlands Champion. He is a truly wonderful Welsh with tons of personality, love, and that "forever a puppy" personality.
